We offer Free shipping to all customers, with the exclusion of gift cards. We use New Zealand Couriers for this service and delivery times are between 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

The Invite Store takes every precaution to make sure your goods are delivered to you un-damaged, however we take no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred to items through postage or courier delivery.
Purchases made outside New Zealand may incur an import tax or duty once orders are dispatched, prior to the clients receiving their goods. This fee is wholly the responsibility of the client. The Invite Store cannot be held responsible or liable for any additional fees charged by government or any other authorities. We advise the client to check if any of these will apply before ordering.
Delivery times depend on the item type. Please check the production timeframe on each product page and allow for shipping timeframe to make sure that the delivery date will be suitable for you. Rush orders may be possible under certain circumstances. Please contact us if you require a rush order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Loss or Damage
The Invite Store cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit once the order has been dispatched. We will take the utmost of care to ensure safe and appropriate packaging and delivery methods are used.
You will be supplied with a courier tracking number on the day that your package is collected from our studio so you can track your goods from door to door.
